Nigeria's representatives in the 2008 CAF champions league, Enyimba football club, WEdnesday departed Nigeria for Khartoun, Sudan, reports nigeriasports.com.
The team left with the full compliments of players and coaches except newly signed Austin Eguavoen who is unavoidably absent but Ike Shorunmu, another latest signing, made the trip.
Enyimba are expected to square up against El _Hilal of Sudan on Sunday in a tricky tie in the first match of the group stage.
The team is expected back over the weekend to continue its camping at Ota.
