Chile 2008: Evumena Calls 25 Against Ghana

Ahead of the Chile 2008 FIFA Women's U-20 World Cup, Coach Daniel Evumena who tends the Nigerian side, has invited 25 players to camp, in preparation for the qualifiers against Ghana.

----------According to Demola Olajire, spokesman of the Nigerian F.A., Evumena made the lists public on Tuesday in Abuja. ----------The Falconets dismissed Cameroon 4-0 on aggregate despite the scare of a near air crash on their way to Douala for the second leg of the second round tie. ----------Nigeria take on Ghana ’s U-20 side in Accra on May 31 in the first leg of the decider and Evumena says his girls are ready for the ‘war’ after overcoming acute hostility in Cameroon to reach this stage. ----------Top on the list is senior team ace Rita Chikwelu, Woman of the Match against Cameroon in Yaounde . She plays in Finland .
