Ejike hire coach to keep in shape

Nigeria new entrant to the world most glamoros basketball league the American National Basketball Association league, NBA, Ejike Ugboaja is not leaving any stone unturned to make it big when he finally join his new team Cleveland Cavaliers as he recently hired the services of former national team captain and coach of Atlantic conference outfit, Lateef Erinfolami.

Ugoaja said there is the need for him to improve his shooting skill which calls for the hiring of coach Erinfolami who was a good shooter in his playing days for both club (Ebun Comets) and Nigeria.

"The choice of coach Erinfolami for this task was because he was a role model to young kids in his playing days and a perfect shooter of the ball."

"Coach Erinfolami also has the patience to teach and make every of his teaching understood by his players and because I have promised myself that I don't want to disappoint myself, family and Nigeria when called upon by the coaching crew and management of my new club Cleveland Cavaliers to step on court."

Ugboaja who put to test some of his new found shooting ability during the Atlantic conference playoffs of the Nigeria premier league where his former club, Union Bank basketball club failed to pick one of the two tickets for the finals clearly shows that he is learning fast.

Ugbaoja who is due to join his new team, Cleveland, says he is optimistic of joining his other teammates soon.
