The coaching skill of female national team assistant coach, Adewumi Aderemi will be put to test as lead his wards Blue Angels, feeder team of defending champion First Bank to grab one of the two spot from the evenly matched conference.
The conference pre-match meeting according to the women league coordinator, Col. Sam Ahmedu (Rtd) was held earlier today while action begins tomorrow for the next five days.
The Zenith train moves to Akure where top flight action is expected to commence between defending champion, Elephant Girls basketball club and last year runners-up Dolphins with challenge from old foe Delta Force basketball club of Asaba in a titanic battle of wit.

Delta will open the floor s against Oluyole on Saturday, while the Elephant Girls takes on Bayelsa; Dolphins is drawn bye on day-one of the round-robin league.
After a break of two weeks, the train returns with the Savannah Conference with Bauchi as action spot from July 23 through 27 with Plateau Rocks, AHIP of Kano, Bauchi Queens, Benue Queens and the Scorpion Sparks of Abuja. The third and fourth teams from the three conferences will gather at a yet-to-be-determined venue early in August.
