Egwuma Crys for Assistance from Government

The Chief Coach of Sharks Football Club of Port Harcourt Stanley Egwuma has called on the State Government to release money to assist him in recruiting players for this season Globacom Premier League Season.

Speaking with nigeriasports.com after their 1-0 victory against 3sc Football Club of Ibadan over the weekend, Egwuma stressed it has not been easy for him and the players since the league kicked off. He stated that most of the key players he needed for the match has been not been cleared, saying that the
management should hurry in clearing the players he need for matches before it is late.

"As am talking to you I have many players that have not cleared in my team and league just started,  we need to lear them  now if we must achieve any results in the leahue"t.

"We may think the league is still young,but we should soom realize that the early stages of the league are equally crucial and the earlier we register our players the better our chances of making an impact . I need goals I need result and am here to give out those things to Sharks but I need the help of the state government," he said.

Egwuma confirmed that with caliber of players he has in the team, if all is been cleared that sky will be there limit.

"I have signed some exciting  players, and all I am asking is for Government to provide me with the funds to clear them, at least that will make me set my sights on  achieving result," he added. Speaking further on his appointment with the Super Eagles, Egwuma express joy over the job gives God the glory.
