The Rivers State Commissioner for Sports, Allwell Onyesoh says rumours going around that Sharks and Dolphins will be run from Government house are not true.
The Sport Commissioner told www.nigeriasports.com that anybody carrying such stories around is simply misinformed.
"The two boards were dissolved because because their performance last season was well below standard and both of them had to move forward."
He told www.nigeriasports.com that running both clubs from Government house or from the sports ministry had not eveb been concieved because it is not an option.
"Even this idea of sole administrator will not be considered for Sharks or Dolphins because that is not the right way to run professional football clubs"
He reiterated that boards will be announced soon for the clubs because that is the only way the clubs can start on a right footing of the new football season.
