Egypt 2006: Super Eagles list out next week

Super Eagles Chief Coach, Austin Eguavoen has told nigeriasports.com that his list of players to kick start Nigeria's Egypt 2006 nations cup campaign at the Faro camp in Portugal will be made public next week.

Eguavoen told nigeriasports.com that he had submitted his Cup of Nations program long ago but needed to meet with his assistants, Daniel Amokachi and Samson Siasia before coming out with the list of players.

"Yes they are my subordinates, but we must do this together for us to succeed."

"As soon as we are through with the meeting on saturday evening, the list will be made public in the coming week."

Austin Eguavoen also revealed that he will leave for Portugal on Sunday night to secure the Eagles camp site at Faro and use the opportunity to chat with key players of the Eagles.

"Right now there is nothing new, expect that i meet with my assistants and then leave for Portugal on sunday in a bid to be sure of the camp site and to meet with my players and as soon as there is any new development, I will let you know."

The super Eagles are grouped with Ghana, Senegal and Zimbabwe in what has been termed the group of death in the 2006 Nations cup
