The Dolphin star told Nigeriasports.com that two other club sides from Holland, PSV Eindhoven and Groningen are also looking to secure his services.
The player who’s showing at the last WYC Was decimated by a hamstring injury revealed that the 1998 European kings were the side after his heart.
''My Manager wants me to go to Borussia Dortmund but I don't want to go to Germany. I want to go to PSV because I like playing in Holland''
Asked why he preferred the Eredivise to the Bundesliga, Kennedy said most player he knew hit stardom from Holland, obviously referring to the duo of George Finidi and Nwankwo Kanu who both hit dizzying heights with AFC Ajax Amsterdam in the mid 1990's.
Chinwo however said his dream move to PSV will have to remain in the cooler for now as he has already given his word to Rivers State Executive Governor Sir Dr Peter Odili to help Dolphin FC prosecute thier CAF Confederations Cup campaign
''The Governor invited me to the Government House and begged me to remain with the team and as such I was forced to ask my Manager to put the deal on hold as I would not want to let the Governor down.
''Besides I knew I would find it difficult to secure my clearance if I insisted on leaving'' he said.
