Kano Pillars pay players

Management of Kano Pillars has paid a whopping #4.5 million (naira) as balance of players sign on fees. 

Whilst giving out the cheques last Tuesday, Club Chairman Sanni Usman told the players and coaches that the payment is to aid a speedy approach towards the 2004 season. Meanwhile, Coach Bitrus Bewerang was speecless when the chairman expained that 10-players will be sacked due to low productivity.

 

" Presently, we have 30 players and 10 from that list will be asked to go, while we retain 20 players who will join effort with new players next season" he disclosed
