Gabros against NPA in Lagos
Dog-tired of being beaten, bruised and battered week-in and out, in Aba, a strange land Gabros FC thought could be a home, but later found the foolery in that decision, the Nnewi team has now decided to go back home...so, the new tune in their camp now, is: "Home again, sweet home again."
For the umpteenth time, soccer coach, Godfrey Esu of Gabros FC, a Globacom Premier League side in Nigeria, has warned that bad the trend of officiating match in the league would bring a lot of grief to Nigerian ball fans and disrepute to the game in particular, if not checked.
Coach Godfrey Esu, who was unjustly sacked by Shooting Stars FC of Ibadan earlier this season, has decided to pitch tent with Aba-based Gabros International FC for two reasons. According the sweat merchant, there are two basic factors amongst others motivating his move to Gabros. First, he counted, is to prove his critics at the Ibadan side wrong; and two, is to demonstrate his professional ingenuity.
