NPA signs Enyimba quartet

NPA against Enyimba in first round
Struggling Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) Football club claimed they have completed the signing of four Enyimba players for the second round of the league.

According to team manager, Mike Idoko the Enyimba quartet is expected to bring a new spirit to the team and help in the fight to stay in the top division.

"We are not going to be relegated because we have signed four good players from Enyimba to beef up the team for the second round," he told Nigeriasports.com

He further maintained that NPA would soon recover from all the problems that had befallen them in the beginning of the season.

Idoko also revealed that the team would soon change their camping site to Otta or Snake Island as soon they get a confirmation from the management.

"We want to move the players to a quite place to avoid distractions from friends and relatives. This time we want to make sure we win a great number of our matches to avoid relegation," he noted.

NPA, rooted at the bottom of the 18 teams Premier league with same number of points are confident of avoiding the drop.

if i say that NPA started very late to sign for players,i dont know if im mistaken, they should have done this at the beginning of the season knowing that every team in the league were really prepared.also i still believe that their move from warri is affecting them in the area of fans support,so the management should really do something to raise a formidable supporters club for the team,Aslo,i think the names of the players from enyimba should have been written here,i wish them goodluck
