We need good Coaches He therefore called on the authorities to employ coaches with genuine interest in the development of athletes in Nigeria, pointing out that the athletics federation can do a lot in that direction instead of fighting everybody. “The government should employ qualified person with genuine interest in coaching, there should be a meeting of stakeholders in athletics in Nigeria where we can sit and say what our problems are and the way out.
