I will produce the fastest athlete in Abuja – To Toblow speaking to Nigeriasports.com at the Abuja National Stadium said he believes so much in the talents of Alozie Uzodimma, representing Abia State. “Look, without sounding as a boastful coach, I can tell you categorically, that I will produce the fastest male athlete at this festival. “I have the boy sitting right there. His name, Alozie Udodimma; will surprise everyone here because I know everybody will underrate him due to his physique. I know what I’m talking as an experienced coach and after the race on Tuesday, you will come to congratulate me for a job well done,” Toblow said. Nigeriasports.com watched the kid protégée during the semi finals where he came through effortlessly winning his heat easily in 10.52secs. He had earlier made 10.44secs in the morning. “I’m just taking my time to qualify because I know that at the final, that is where the gold medal resides. Everything that matters in a competition is the gold medal although I know there are other more experienced athletes here, I believe it could also come my way,” Uzodimma said. The festival record for the men’s 100metres is held by Tony Ogbeta of Delta state set at the 1996 Games held in Makurdi, Benue State
