Ondo soccer coach in confident mood

The Ondo State Female football coach Micheal Fabonimi has said that beating Lagos team is a good beginning for his team and also an indication of good things to come for the state in the festival.

“Lagos defeated us 3-1 in the preliminary and we get home and put our house in order. Right now we are better and set for goals that will carry us to the finals and probably win the gold,” he told Nigeriasports.com

In another development coach of Enugu Female team Edoga Stephen whose side lost 1-3 to FCT said his team would celebrate goals against Kaduna in their next match.

According to him, his wards failed due to fatigue, pointing that they had seen their lapses and would put more efforts to achieve their aims in their next match. “This loss has opened our eyes and we will not let it pull us down,” he added.
