Urukalo vow to sink Diaraf

Enyimba
Enyimba’s coach, Miroslav Urukalo says Enyimba football club of Aba will triumph over Senegalese side, ASC Diaraf in the second leg of their Caf champions’ league second leg in Dakar.

Urukalo told Nigeriasports.com that the club’s lacklustre run in the Globacom premier league will not deter the team spirit and the club’s focus for the season.

“We are the defending champions in both the league and on the continent and that makes us the team to beat on both fronts” he said.

“We know it will be a tough game in Senegal and we are fully prepared to do our best, and our best is to make the next round and keep up a strong performance”

The Serb-Australian also stressed that all clubs in the world go through a tough moment and Enyimba is no exception.

“I am here to take Enyimba to another level as I am battling to instil discipline in the players and make the team a strong force to be reckoned with and it takes time to achieve all your set goals” he told Nigeriasports.com

“Enyimba have great individual players and not a team, like I said I’m here to assist the team to grow in their system of playing and from what I saw against Gombe on Sunday, I believe the discipline aspect of the game is almost achieved” he added.

However Enyimba drew Gombe 1-1 which the coach said it is the beginning and rise of the team to clinch the both league and CAF champions league once again.
