Most of the players here believe that, apart from injury those who make England trip will also make it to Olympics as such every player is putting in their best trying to impress coach with theirs skill and stamina in other to win a place in the England bound team.

A  total of 15 players will be selected for the trip out of the 26 presently in camp in Abuja.Three
other players that will bring the total number of  players to 18  will come from the foreign legion
and they are Maureen Madu from Norway and the pair of Florence Omagbemi and Mercy Akide from the USA,they are expected to join the team in England  In addition, 8 officials made up of the team's technical crew and some NFA board members will also  accompany the team to England.

SUPER FALCONS TO PLAY CHARLTON ATHLETIC FC FEMALE TEAM

Unlike in the past whereby the Super Falcons travel to honour friendly engagements and return to
the country almost immediately after the match, there is going to be a departure from that practice this
time around as the Super Falcons will be staying in England for another one week after their match against the English female national team on the 22nd.

The reason; Another friendly match has been arranged for team against the female team of English premiership side, Charlton Athletic. The match against the Charlton ladies comes up on the
25th, three days after the one against the English female national team in London.

I want to congratulate the Super Falcons for their efforts. They are trying, but they should add more, atleast in terms of beating International countries not only Africa. I wish them all the best.
