Kano Pillars get cash boost

Kano Pillars of Kano will have at least one hundred and eighty million naira to spend in the 2004 Globacom premier league.

According to club chairman, Usman Sani Mohammed, this is the amount budgeted by the Kano State Government for the season.

Sixty million naira from this amount would be used to build a shopping complex  for the club, while another fifty million would be used to construct a secretariat and an open theatre.

About seventy million would be used on sign on fees, salaries, match bonuses and transfer fees.

The least player in the club now gets N12, 000.00 while the highest paid gets N20, 000.00 monthly.
