Nigeria wary of Benin![]() Coach Christian Chukwu confided in www.nigeriasports.com that his squad is a bit circumspect and their West African neighbours could pose as spoilers. “We are not underrating them and anyone who is conversant with African football will knows that there are no more minnows in our football” says Chukwu. The coach is expected to make few changes to his side that played against South Africa. Comeback defender Ifeanyi Udeze will get his first start at Tunisia 2004 after serving out a two-match ban following his dismissal in the Super Eagles' final qualifying match against Angola. The PAOK Salonica of Greece star will play at left-back, thus pushing Garba Lawal, who deputised in that position against South Africa, into midfield at the expense of Ifeanyi Ekwueme. Importantly, the Squirrels of Benin are hoping to stun the Eagles in their final game if only to make a bold statement on the continent. “The good thing for us is that we are not under any pressure to perform and that is a bad news for Nigeria” Enyimba midfielder Muri Ogunbiyi told www.nigeriasports.com on Tuesday.
