Okagbare Qualifies for long jump women final
Nigeria's Blessing Okagbare, Thursday qualified for the final of the women’s long jump

Although Okagbare could not make it earlier but was later called by the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) through the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) of the IAAF decision.Blonska, who just returned from a two-year ban imposed in 2003 after failing dope test, won the event silver medal at the World championship in Athletics in Osaka, Japan. Okagbare was full of joy on being informed of her qualification for the finals with the AFN technical and performance chairman, Sunday Bada, describing it as the best news to the federation."This is the only good news we had today.
