Danny Shittu returns for Siasia
Big Central defender, Danny Shittu, is to return to soccer action in a matter of days after missing the first round of the Super Eagles world and nations cup qualifiers due to injury.
Speaking to nigeriasports.com in Abuja over the weekend, the Watford of England defence ace revealed that he should be back training in a week. "Yes I should be playing in a week, it's a pity I missed theEagles games but that is football for you". On the Olympics, the ex-Queens park Rangers player disclosed that he should be in Portugal anytime from now. "I will be going over to Portugal as soon as I am fit to play. The Olympics is a dream and I am ready to do all to ensure I get there". Danny Shittu is one of the 3 overaged players invited to the Nigeria Olympic camp by coach Samson Siasia. 0
