Enyimba draw club Africain

Nigeria champions, Enyimba football club will play club Africain of Tunisia in the 3rd round of the CAF champions league.

The 2 time African champions edged past Simba of Tanzania 7-2 on aggregate with a 1-3 away win after the initial 4-1 first leg advantage.

The other Nigerian representatives, Gombe United however crashed out of the reckoning despite beating Cotton sports from Cameroun 2-1.

The team had earlier lost the first leg 0-5.

Dolphins of Portharcourt, lucky to squeeze past CASA of Senegal, 2-1 on aggragate will now square up against Ashanti Kotoko of Ghana in the next round of the CAF confederations cup.

The Kumasi based side got the better of another Nigerian representatives, Wikki Tourist of Bauchi 6-3 on aggregate
