AIYEGBENI: We will get it right
Forward Yakubu Aiyegbeni has said there is no tension in the Super Eagles’ camp after the unexpected loss to Didier Drogba-led Elephants. “There is really no tension, no anxiety. We are not happy that we lost but there are two matches to go and the best way to approach them is to relax and be ready to explode on the field.
“It was a match we gave our best but things didn’t go our way and it does happen. But we have put that behind us and look forward to the match with Mali”. Nigeria, pointless after their first match at the Cup of Nations, clash with the Aiglons (Eagles) of Mali in Sekondi on Friday, and must win to retain any hope of reaching the quarter finals. 0
