However, Dolphin FC who have been relegated from the Globacom Premiership league and are battling to redeem their image, the source disclosed, may have refused to any kind entreaties or deal, as they believe they can win Semi-final clash and go on to lift the FA cup, at least to appease their angry fans over the club's relegation. A member Rivers State Sports Ministry who pleaded anonymous told nigeriasports "both teams that will be meeting in the semi finals are owned by the state government, and one team is bound to drop, so we are in talks with Dolphin to see how Sharks FC can sail through to the finals. I believe Sharks can beat Dolphins, but a comprise deal will be great." Shatks has never won the FA cup in the past and if have won it, it must be over a decade" "Well, as am talking to you, nothing yet has been concluded, we are still awaiting for the new Sport Commissioner to be named before any one can agree to a compromise" "Sharks FC has suffered a set for a long time, and I think this time God just wants to restore their lost glory, I thank God they are back to Premier group and also about to win FA Cup which is one of the best thing that has ever happened to River State". 1
