Ikhana joins Kano Pillars,
Former National U-23 and Kwara United Coach Kadiri Ikhana has finally secured a coaching job with Kano Pillars FC of Kano.
In a phone chat with a board member of the club who pleaded anonymous, disclosed to nigeiasports.com that Ikhana was interview by the club chairman Tukari Babangida and few other members of the board concerning the job. He confirmed that among the three coaches invited for the interview, Ikhana was the only person that shown interests in taking the job while the other two "We want to start this season with good result, and that is why we went for the best coach in the country, initially, we invited Lucky from Heartland FC of He maintained that the state management has set aside a huge amount of money to enable the club prepare and pick a continental ticket come next season.
