Emulate Enyimba, C.Chukwu urges clubs

Former super eagles head couch, Christian Chukwu has advised clubs in Nigeria to emulate League Champion, Enyimba International FC of Aba, who have just won the Globacom premier league, after putting up a very impressive performance at the just concluded super four play- off right inside the Tesli Baligun stadium Lagos

The former couch who was in Lagos for the Globacom Sponsored championship was of the view that the Peoples’ Elephant were able to clinch the league title because they were prepared, coordinated and organized.

“ It was not a surprise that Enyimba won the league because if you see the way they played, you will see the quality in the team and more so, they are well organized” he said.

According to coach Chukwu, what Enyimba is doing in Nigeria football is a good lesson for the other clubs. “ I think other clubs should emulate them because it is not easy to win the title where you have big names like Rangers, Gombe, Dolphin and the rest.

Coach Chukwu is also optimistic that Enyimba will do well in the CAF Champions league going by their performance in the Super Four.
