NBBF Postponed U19 Camp by One Week
The Nigeria Basketball Federation, NBBF has postponed the commencement of preparation of the nation’s U19 men’s national team due to undisclosed reasons.
The camp which was billed to the first phase of preparation for the Africa champion towards a resounding outing in Novi-Sad, Serbia this summer will now regroup on May 11. According to the team head coach Adeka Dauda who said the team will still hold its first phase camping at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, kaduna will be in close camp for just one week while the final phase of preparation is expected to hold in June in a yet to be announced city. According the Junior Tigers tactician all members of the wining squad in South Africa are on the list of invited players while new ones are expected to join them to fight for a place in the twelve man roster. 0
