NFA to stick to resolutions at AGM

Board members of The Nigerian Football Association say they will  stick to the resolutions reached at the last AGM in Abuja especially as it concerns relegation and promotion of clubsides.

Speaking to www.nigeriasports.com, a member of the board Chive Kaave stressed that there is no plan to alter any decision of the board reached at the last meeting.

He declared that consistency is the watch word of the board, adding that it is aimed at moving the game of soccer forward.

“ Let me just assure you that under the leadership of Galadima as Chairman, we are determined to ensure that the rules we put in place before the commencement of the competition are strictly adhered to. Thank God I happen to be Chairman of the review committee of those rules for 2003 football season. We will remain very firm so such teams that deserve to be relegated will get their dues and same for those to be promoted.”
