Amun, coaches stoop to conquer

In a dire move to retain his seat as the Acting Secretary-General of the NFA, Fanny Amun was reported as jubilating when the news of the resignation of the sports minister, Dr. Seidu Sambawa reached.

Pronto on recieving the news, Amun "picked up his phone and called the hitherto embattled but unrepentant NFA chief, Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima and broke the news of Sambawa's sack to him."

Amun, nigeriasports.com sources disclosed, told Galadima on phone: "Oga, did I not tell you that, he would be removed?  Now he has been removed and we can now work in peace and harmony...the major and common enemy is gone and now there will be peace."

The Edo State-born soccer coach is not only fighting for himself; he was also fighting for the retention of his self-selected coaches.  Sweating profusely while on the phone, Amun pleaded for the retention of at least some of his self-employed coaches...coaches who have no business with coaching the game in this country."

Our sources told us that Galadima listened to Amun and his sermon of deciet with rapt attention.  Meanwhile, nigeriasports.com investigations show that, "it is just a matter of time before nemesis catches up with Amun and the mess he contributed in throwing Nigeria football into.

"He will go and very soon too. No matter how low he and his coaches stoop, they will not couquer,"our sources emphasized.
