The one time junior international goal warden told nigeriasports.com that, it was not time yet to sing "Haleluyah." According to him, "until sports especially football. is completely or at worse, partially removed from the claws of government and handed over to practitioners as a corporate entity and administered as such, there can be no way out of the doldrum. "Until sportsmen and women are allowed to run their business themselves, with government watching from the sidelines, as is done elsewhere in the world, there can be good results," the ex-junior international and former defunct Stationery Stores Flamengoes FC keeper, predicted.
