It's Adeyeri, Lawal for tennis final:Oil Games
This year’s Oil Industry Games men’s tennis final will be a replay of last year’s final with Elf’s Kayode Adeyeri facing three times winner, Aderemi Lawal of NNPC at the Chevron Sports Club Gbagada on Friday.
Adeyeri on Thursday defeated A. Forcados of PTI 6/0 6/3 to qualify for today’s final while Lawal walked over PTI’ Idehen.
In the female category, Oladipo Helen of NAOC drubbed Leadstone of NLNG 6/1 6/4 to qualify for the ladies final.
Already, Lawal has conceded the gold medal to Adeyeri whom he described as a much younger and a better opponent. “Kayode has beaten me twice in the championship and I think he could have an edge now because I had an easy ride into the final with a walk over. 0
