Eto’s hattrick does it for Cameroon

African footballer of the year, Samuel Eto’o Fis scored thrice to completely destroy world cup debutants, Angola in the opening group B match.

Eto’o, who has scored eighteen goals in nineteen league games for his club, Barcelona took only twenty minutes to register his name on the scorers chart when he blasted home a free kick from the edge of the box after Makun was brought down.

in the second half, Pedro Mantoras should have evened things up but he headed wide.

With time ticking on the clock, Eto’o was not done with scoring and blasted a shot from outside the eighteen which beat the Angolan goalkeeper, Ricardo hands down.
