Okocha doubtful for Nigeria

Nigeria's inspirational captain Austin, Jay Jay Okocha is now a major doubt for the Super Eagles ahead of Monday's clash against arch-rivals, Black Stars of Ghana, nigeriasports.com can report.

Okocha sat out friday evening's training and is doubtful to start on monday.

Team Doctor, Muazu Abdulkadir described Okocha as "unwell" and hoped he will get better by Monday.

"The best Okocha can be any way is fifty percent fit by the time we play Ghana and that is not much," the doctor said.

West Bromich Albion of England striker, Nwankwo Kanu and Everton defender, Joseph Yobo however took part in the training session though with injuries.
