NFA ruling stops Rivers AngelsThe plans of Rivers Angels Sports Club of Port Harcourt to sign on four Camerounian players next season may have hit a brick wall. Rivers Angels have concluded plans to beef up their team with more quality players including four of the bronze medal winning Camerounian side at the All African Games but two of them may just be surplus to requirements. According to NFA rules and regulations guiding the female league, Clubs may sign as many as four foreign players but may not be able to use more than two per match. In the 2000 Football season, Rivers Angels had four Camerounian players on their books but could only use two at a time.
