Continental ticket-dreaming Dolphins deny sell-out

Dolphins' coach Musa...no drowning us
Despite their lack-luster performance against city rivals, Sharks FC of Port Harcourt in a rescheduled Premier league match in Abuja, defending champions, Dolphins also of Port Harcourt, are dreaming of finishing the league in a comfortable position.

Speaking after the match, which they won by two goals to nil, the club’s media officer, Chima Acheru, described the sell-out allegation as rubbish. “There is nothing like a sell-out in the match.

“What happened was that our boys were still trying to recover from the Confederation Cup loss, and many of them were nursing one injury or the other,” he said. He assured that in spite of this, the team would finish among the first three in the league.

“By the time we win our remaining three matches, we will displace Iwuanyanwu Nationale from the third position and may be lucky to return again to the continent next season,”he dreamt.
