Bayelsa Queens unimpressed with Bronze medal
Team Manager of Bayelsa Queens football club of Yenagoa, Tony Thomas says he is less than impressed with the third position of Bayelsa Queens at the Super Six since he is convinced they could have done better.
Tony Thomas told www.nigeriasports.com that Bayelsa Queens went to Umuahia to win the trophy but it is unfortunate they did not. "Its just unfortunate that we did not end up winners. That is why we came here but now I guess we better start planning for next season." Tony Thomas said the plan is to win the female league next season and the task may be a lot easier especially now that the Bayelsa State Government are interested in pumping more money into the running of the club. 0
