Why I left Gabros- Kafaru Alabi

Shooting Stars Coach, Kafaru Alabi
Chief Coach of Shooting Stars Sports Club, Kafaru Alabi has revealed to nigeriasports.com that against media reports he was not sacked by the Management of Gabros FC, but he resigned when he saw the trend of things in the club.

Alabi told nigeriasports.com exclusively that he had a bad experience there and since he did not want to go public and embarrass the club President, he had to leave quietly.

“The club President is a personal friend and I did not want to embarrass him so I honourably resigned. I did not even submit my letter to any of them in the management but I went straight to his office and submitted my resignation letter.”

“So anyone who says I was sacked is really hiding the truth.” Alabi said.

On his return to Ibadan, Alabi said the quiet town is like home to him and he knew his return was not far off.

“As a boy I played in Ibadan and I have coached here before, but even when I left Gabros, my immediate plan was not Ibadan.”

“I initially wanted to go back to Elkanemi where I was owed N2.5m (about $18,248) but Elder Oyewole, the club Chairman called me that I was needed in Ibadan and that’s why I’m here.”

KAfaru said coaching Shooting at this time is a dream come true for him and their recent run of good form is as a result of hard work and dedication on the part of the players as well as an enabling working environment created by the management of the side.

Coach Alabi, i hope ur not here to make a noise? You were made a Chief Coach of a club rather than uplift the club from their poor run in the league, you were busy now claiming of 'trends of things in the club' What are those trends that made you then an unproductive coach? Its high time China Acheru stop bringing in men without ideas here to come and just talk nonsence in the name of talking football.

Mr Gazzy, the man is not making a noise here but only saying what is on his mind. Imagine, how can a man left a clubside and come to another with progress. That's why China brought him that why he is doing this. I see nothing bad in this Interview. Or do u dislike Oluyole Warriors? Lol Lol Lol Lol...........................

My dear WAHEED, its very unfair to Gazzy to accuse him of disliking the Oluyole Warriors of Ibadan.Let me remind u that my opinions here are not sentimental or biased rather, that of good judgement coupled with real facts on ground.
I love Enyi,3SC,Pillars and others. So accusing me of disliking the Ibadan Warriors is out of context.I hope from all my comments here, all will understand that i only stand on the facts on ground to base my judgements.
thankz
