Rain halts Rangers Cup tie

The Confederation Cup fourth round return leg match involving Enugu Rangers and Royal Armed Forces of Morocco has been shifted untill Monday afternoon following a heavy downpour in Enugu which rendered the pitch unplayable.

Rangers spokesman Edwin Eze told reporters that the match will now be played 1500 hours local time on Monday at the same venue.

It has also been gathered that the gates will be thrown open so as to avoid any crowd control problems. FAR won the first leg in Rabat 1-0.

The winner of this match-up will qualify for the group phase of the Confederation Cup, which is in its second year.
Dolphins triumph
Meanwhile, Dolphins have reached the group phase after drawing 2-2 to South Africa's Super Sport United, to secure the tie 6-3 on aggregate, in Pretoria on Saturday.

The Nigerians twice took the lead through Oshuko Ojobo and Kelechi Osunwa in the first half with Abram Raselemane equalising for the home side on both occasions.
