Nosiru strokes to next round

Kazeem Nosiru is the lone Nigerian remaining in the singles event of the world table tennis championship in Shanghai, China. nigeriasports.com can report.

Nosiru sunday beat Konstantinos Papageorgiou of Greece four sets to one to progress to the next round. Nosiru will play RI Chol Guk of Korea in the next round.
Earlier, Monday Merontoun was booted out by Artur Grigoryev of Russia one set to four.

In the Men’s doubles event, Nigeria’s pair of Bode Abiodun and Kazeem Nosiru advanced to the next round walking over 
El-Safi Mohamed and Suliman Mozaml of Sudan. They next face Chiu Carlos and Guillermo Munoz.
