Ozurumba slams Enyimba

Former Enyimba coach Stanley Eguma also blamed sentiments for his exit
The latest Iwuanyanwu Nationale 'hatchet' man, Chibuzor Ozurumba said he left African Champions Enyimba International due to sentiments in the big club which left so many players in the star studded team idle and surplus to requirent.

Speaking to nigeriasports.com recently in Owerri, Ozurumba said he had to run back to Nationale where he is sure of action before his career is ruined.

According to him, he was a regular player during the days of coach Miroslav Urukalo but in the absence of the foreign tactician he was abandoned.

"I left Enyimba because of favouritism which left my career hanging in the club. When Urukalo was there, he uses me as his best striker and when he left, I was no longer the favourite, so, I had to leave and go back to Nationale where I can see action",

"Somebody like me at this period of my career, if they had allowed me to play four straight matches, they would have seen my best. But they never allowed that instead they use me as substitute. Bring me in six minutes to the end of a game and tat is if they remember me at all",

"It was quite painful and frustrating and such is not good for a player like me at this time. That was why I left. I started training with Nationale since week three, hoping and praying for my release from Enyimba".

It is amazing that Nigerian players are petty the way they talk and perceive things. After admiting that Enyimba is star studded, Ozurumba went ahead and alledged favouritism.I wonder if he expected the coaches to field more than eleven players per match. His advisers should advice him to swallow his pride and admit he did not measure up in Enyiafrica(Enyimba). That is not to say he is not a fine player. I am only saying his best was not good enough for the coaches.I wish him more fruitful stay at Iwuanyanwu.

May God bless you Ikwuchrist.I like you commets on this matter.Ozurumba should concentrate at Iwuanyanwu and play his game.No doubt he is a good player but Enyimba has a better strikers than him.Best of luck for Ozurumba and may god continue to give you more wisdom Ikwuchrist.

Chibuzor.................it is not changing to lion that is hard.It is getting the tail of the lion. You have heard it all from ikwuchrist. The Aba gunners are a star studed side. The fact about it all is that the team{Enyimba} is bigger than you.As my friends have enumerated above. You are a good player......but the crop of attackers presently in the club is better than you.
Thaks and God bless!!

My dear Mr Ozurumba,
Take heart Enyimba International FC is bigger than any player or Individual. If the technical department felt you have out lived your usefulness in club then its better you seek refuge in another club than castigating the club officials.
Just let your abundants skills in Nationale to speak for you.
Cheers
