Oliseh: More than a point to prove

Former Nigeria captain Sunday Oliseh celebrated a rare goal as his side Bochum surprisingly beat Borussia Dortmund 3-0, in a game that afforded the former Super Eagles skipper a re-union with his Dortmund friends.


The defensive midfielder is on loan at modest Vfl Bochum from Borrussia Dortmund due to Competition for places at dortmund, however, with the presence of German internationals and a number of foreigners in the team.
A bold Oliseh got a well deserved goal and Bochums third in the 80th minute after providing assists for Bochum's earlier strikes and was all smiles saying " I do not agree with the notion that I have a lot to prove against Dortmund, I played my normal game, the one I've done in the colours of clubs even Dortmund, I am happy we got the three points"


Few months ago, there had been speculations of a personalty clash between the former Juventus and Cologne star and coach Mathias Sammer which the Olympic '96 gold medallist will not be drawn in "I think it was the best decision for the club and Oliseh, I am happy am playing here and that answers all the questions" the star revealed.
