Osunwa begs fans support for Dolphins

Dolphins attacker, Kelechi Osunwa has made a passionate appeal to fans and supporters of the club create and environment for the club to succeed by turning out in their numbers to cheer the team to victory against ASEC on Sunday at the Port Harcourt Liberation stadium.

Osunwa who is Dolphins top scorer in the Champions league with three goals from four matches said the players are all geared up to win and win well on Sunday because it is their desire to take the club to the top this season.

“That is why we are here. A lot of us have offers to go to Europe for trials but we met and agreed to concentrate on the task ahead before thinking of any other thing and that is why we have had a full squad since the season stated.” Osunwa told nigeriasports.com.

“We want to see a large crowd cheer us on like it happened in Accra against Hearts of Oak and with that kind of crowd you can be sure we will be extra charged to win and win with lots of goal.”

Kelechi also warned that fans should be patient with the side even if the goals do not come early since football is a game of ninety minutes and goals can come at anytime.
