Vivian Chukwuemeka revealed to nigeriasports.com that the new attitude of administrators will help improve Nigerian athletes and sports in general. " I had to pinch myself to be sure i wasn't dreaming during the 8th All Africa Games in Abuja" the Commonwealth and two time All Africa Games gold medallist reveals

" I had been disturbed about my return ticket to the US and just like a miracle, I not only got my golden reward from the Sports Ministry but my return ticket allowance as well, it was a new dawn that really got us all brimming with better days ahead" showering praises on the TEAM NIGERIA project

" To tell you the truth, if this sort of initiative had been around, we wouldn't have lost someof our athletes to ther nations due to poor welfare and lacklustre attitude of people when we represent Nigeria" she said.

Also showing her endless determination to win gold in the Athens 2004 Olympics, Vivian boldly explained thus " I have seen what we have and I know what to expect, but with my huge experience and the new wave here in Nigeria, I will personally prepare ahead to get my dream Gold in Greece" the ebony shot putter concluded.

Vivian is one athletes that have been deprived of her recognition.This woman has put the name of Nigeria in a golden map.Go girl and do your thing at the Olympics next year.
