Disu promises silverware for Lobi

Technical Adviser of Lobi Stars, Tunde Disu has told nigeriasports.com that his arrival in Makurdi was catalyzed by the fact that the management wanted some trophies this season and needed a seasoned coach to achieve just that.

Tunde Disu said that after a disappointing season in 2004 the management wanted results and a better performance and went for him.

“Every body knows my worth. They wanted a better performance and result and went for me because I can deliver for them. I think they made the right choice.”

Disu last Coached NITEL in the league but was sacked before the end of the season in 2004.
