Honorary Life Membership for Engr Kupolokun
ITA-Le Meridien 24-Hour Sports Club: Group managing director of the NNPC, Engr Funso Kupolokun, has been slated for an honorary life membership of the ITA-Le Meridien Sports Club, the first 24-hour sports Club in the continent. Also earmarked for honorary life membership is the Sports Minister Col Musa Mohammed rtd.
The ITA- Le Meridien Sports Club is offering a 24 hour coach / partner availability, three tennis courts, three squash courts, a meticulously clean swimming pool, a gym and aerobics. Godwin Kienka, director of the International Tennis Academy says everything is in place to provide a private recreational program for adults on one hand and on the other, to provide training and competition opportunities for children between the ages of six to 18. Said Mr Kienka: “We have very good coaches in place for tennis, swimming and squash. We are also aiming to be the best-organised sports club in the continent. Already we have competitions lined up every month for the rest of the year for members and holiday coaching programs for the young ones, members and non members, in tennis and swimming this Easter holiday from April 11 – 22 and during the long vacation from August 1 – 19.” The commissioning will take place Wednesday March 23 at 5pm at the Le Meridien Abuja. 0
