NPA Not Scared of Enyimba,

NPA FC, the Seasider's Belgian Coach Maurice Coreman has restated that his team is not scared of Wednesday mid-week cracker against against Enyimba FC of Aba, coleman said Enyimba is just another big Nigerian clubside but his youthful NPA squad could return to Lagos with a positive result.


" We are not under any pressure but the Enyimba would be under pressure, in fact NPA has nothing to loseas we'll go there to put in our best" said the former Gabros and Lobi sweat merchant. Adding after, home wins and away loses to Enyimba at both Gabros and Lobi Stars it is  his personal target to rattle the Aba Elephants in Aba.

 Coach Maurice Coleman of the NPA seasiders has continued to lament the poor state of our pitches nationwide, Onikan stadium, Lagos in particular. Even as his team celebrated their 1-0 win over the Wikki Tourist over the weekend Coleman said the Onikan Stadium turf is a big hindrance.

"You cannot play good football on such a pitch , it affects the flow of the game and it is alarming".  Coleman has persistently lamented the poor state of the Onikan during his team home draw with Kano Pillars and 3-1 win over Sharks. " I think the Nigeria Football League should do something about the pitches in the Country, I implore the Lagos FA to keep the playing turf of Onikan Stadium smooth, it does not cost too much. many Nigerian teams boast of quality players but the bad playing pitches are a big destraction and draw back to development of professional football in the country, fans are not enjoying the game as it should be he said.

The big Belgians also complained that each time he comments of the poor standards of our pitches club officials will ask to keep quiet and concentrate on grabbing crucial points in the league. " I love football, I like to see free flowing football, it is in fact in the best interest of the development football in country that there are good pitches" he said.

I support u coach,our pitches is bad it is a shame on us Nigeria with the money that we have,the club can not turn the pitches around.The pitches looks like a bush.Keep on talk but one they will change.

ibesun, sincerely i wept also for nigerian pitches despite being advanced in game of football.i supposed it is a shame of the country to be hiring foreign coaches to come down here to laugh at us.
