Akinbiyi stages protest at Stoke Akinbiyi, 30, has yet to be offered a new deal and has been frustrated at seeing City's promotion push fall away. "I sat myself down in John Rudge's (director of football) office and refused to move," said Akinbiyi. "After about an hour, John finally gave in and agreed to call the chairman.
