Dolphin exude confidence for Champions league

The players of Dolphin Football Club of Port Harcourt have expressed confidence in their ability to defeat Renaciemento FC of Equatorial Guinea in the first leg, preliminary round match of the CAF Champions League at the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt.

Newly signed on goalkeeper, Uche Akubuike told nigeriasports.com that they are geared up to win well against Renacimiento.

"We are going to approach the game with total commitment and come out unscathed.”

Striker Victor Ezeji also confirmed that the team needed only but prayers.

“We are not afraid. Our current form is not a fluke but a combination of so many things - discipline,
dedication and zeal to accomplish a mission,” Ezeji said.

Kelechi Osunwa disclosed that the players know what is at stake and will not take chances or underrate their opponents.
