Enyimba remain confident![]() The 2003 Champions League holders lost 2-1 to Tunisia's Etoile in the first leg of their final tie played on Saturday. Club chairman Felix Anyansi Agwu confessed that the 2-1 loss in Sousse was a good result for his side after all. "The result is not too bad and we hope to finish the Tunisians in Abuja. "We played against the crowd, questionable officiating and other odds but we are confident the cup will not leave Nigeria," Agwu said. The soft-spoken Agwu admits that despite Etoile having three Nigerians in their team (Austin Ejide, Emeka Opara and Ugochukwu Obiakor) the odds are against them halting his side's ride to the trophy in Abuja. "This is not Sousse but Nigeria, We know how to handle them and they will not pose any threat to our dreams," Agwu told Nigeriasports.com. Enyimba coach Okey Emordi believes his players will be undaunted by the tough task in Abuja. "We earned a respectable result in Sousse and now is the time to finish the Tunisians off." "It is now or never and the players understand this perfectly well," Emordi rallied. Obinna Nwaneri, the club's captain, said despite all the hostilities in Tunisia, the team's new found spirit was proof that Enyimba could get the needed result in Abuja. "We have just 90-minutes seperating us from another let Nigerians down. The officiating in Tunisia was nothing to write home about but nothing is going to stop us from winning convincingly this time." 4
