Enyimba opt for Lagos

Enyimba prefer Lagos to Abuja stdium
African champions Enyimba have opted for Lagos, Nigeria's commercial capital, as the venue for the second leg of the 2004 Champions League final.

Caf ruled that the Aba Township stadium, Enyimba's home base, could not meet its requirements for the 12 December game against Tunisia's Etoile Sahel.

Enyimba played the first leg of the 2003 final against Egypt's Ismaili in Aba and went on to become the first Nigerian team to lift the trophy.

The Nigerian side travel to Tunisia for the opening leg of this year's tie on 5 December.

I prefer Abuja or Lagos to Aba stadium, with reason. Because the boys are fumbling too much in front of their hometown due to pressure from fans. I don’t mind travelling to Lagos to watch the match in Lagos and Enyimba win the match than watching it here in Aba and behold awesome defeat from Tunisian while Enyimba struggle with them

As far as Nigerian stadium is concern, enyimba will defend the cup, but let them use National stadium Lagos.
All the best wishes to them.

No, non of those stadium can win Enyimba the match. Abuja was full of hatred to Enyimba, likewise Lagos despite having fans there, which I believe are only Ibo people. It could be best at PH or Enugu, but thank God for the action governor Dr. ORJI UZOR KALU who couldn't waist much time in bringing the ground to Aba yesterday via the shouting of Aba fans who knows more. It will only cost Enyimba flight/feeding/accommodation/security from lagos to Aba. No shaking, we won't play it at Lagos any more. Yorubas and Hausas are not happy that Enyimba is making it again especially 3SC fans who only dreamt the cup and kiss it goodbye for many occassions. Go lads Enyimba, teach other clubs how to play away match than home.

YOU SEE, GOD IS GREAT IN EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN OUR DAILY LIVES, I THANK HIM FOR WHAT HE JUST DONE FOR (Enyimba) US.
IN ANY CASE, I WILL NOT LIE YOU LAGOS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR GAME... ABUJA WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF THAT LAGOS.
WELL, IN SHA ALLAH; I WILL KEEP PRAYING FOR THEM (Enyimba) SO THAT THEY WILL ADD ANOTHER HISTORY TO THEIR CREDIT... AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO WATCH THE GAME LIVE.
LONG LIVE Enyimba LONG LIVE Nigeria
GOD BLESS US ALL.
