Enyimba prepare for Esperance test

Following their qualification into the Caf champions league semi final Enyimba players arrived Nigeria and headed straight for Otta in further preparation for Esperance of Tunisia.

Speaking with Nigeriasports.com during their arrival at the Muritala Mohammed Airport on Tuesday, Emordi confirmed that they are moving into close camp immediately to avoid distractions from friends and well-wishers.

“We are moving to camp as soon as possible, we don’t want waste time in preparation against Esperance FC. We want avoid distraction too,” he said.

Emeordi promised he would put more effort to make sure Enyimba International qualifies to the finals of the game.

“As you can see I thank God for everything because initially I know it will not be easy for us but God see us through.

 “Since we have qualified, we must put more effort to work harder on our attacks so that we will be able to achieve good result at the end,” he said.

In the same view midfielder Damian Udeh told Nigeriasports.com that “This is my great day ever since in football, I must thank God for his mercies on us without him on our side I don’t think we would have come out victorious,” he said.

Goal scorer against Bullets Emeka Nwana also added “thank God we came out successfully in the group, we should now go back home and resume training as soon as possible preparing for the main task ahead of us, by the grace of God we will win this cup for the second time,” he said.

Meanwhile the team would remain in otta in preparing for their semi final match against Esperance FC of Tunisia billed for Aba next month

The action of the technical crew to start early camping for their next match against Esperance is a step in the right direction. I just hope the players will take the bull by the horn by trashing The Tunisian side by a wide goal margin.GOD standing on their side, they'll make it .Amennnnnn

I think that Enyimba fc should buckle up because they are faing a formidable opponent. They must change their approach of the game if they hope to reach the final or even win the cup for a second consecutive time. The technical department will have to do a lot of job.
Finally, congrats for reaching the semi-final against all odds.
